It was announced on 8th of July that a museum is due to open in Shanghai, commemorating the superb journey of Jackie Chan from his early beginnings in Hong Kong to his phenomenal worldwide mega-success in hollywood. After carefully surveying many possible locations for the museum, Jackie chose the Shanghai location himself. Displays will include costumes and props from his films, along with photos.The construction work for the museum is scheduled to be completed by October 2009.
